Graduation will be held Friday,June 21st at 6:00 p.m. on the Floyd Patterson Field.  A reception will follow, sponsored bythe PTSA.  In the event of inclementweather, graduation and reception will be held at the Hawks Athletic andWellness Center on the campus of SUNY New Paltz.  The decision will be made by 11:00 a.m. onFriday and will be posted on the high school website if there is a change.

            Graduationis an honored event.  Students who takepart in the ceremony must wear the cap and gown completely unadorned.  Flowers are not to be worn on caps or gownsfor the ceremony.  Proper attire,including dress pants, dress shoes or dress sandals (no sneakers), collarshirts and ties are expected.  Studentswho are not properly attired may be removed from the procession by theadministration. 

            Graduationrehearsal will take place at SUNY on Thursday, June 20th at 10:45 a.m.  Seniors who intend to take part in thegraduation ceremony must attend rehearsal.  Buses from the high school will transportseniors to the Hawk Center leaving the high school at 10:30 a.m.

            Capsand gowns will be distributed Thursday, June 20th during rehearsal. All school fees (i.e., lost athletic equipment, lost textbooks, etc.)must be paid prior to receiving the cap and gown. 

            Allseniors are expected to be at graduation on Friday, June 21st by 5:00 p.m.sharp. Seniors driving to graduation should park in front of the HighSchool. If graduation is at SUNY, there is unlimited seating and parking willbe available.
