Meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Roderick Dressel Jr., Board President.

Mr. Dressel appointed Superintendent Maria C. Rice as Clerk Pro Tempore.

The roll was called as reflected above.

Motion made by Laura Walls and seconded by David Dukler that the Board of Education allow Board Member Elect Steven Greenfield, to attend the Executive Session of June 12, 2008 with the understanding he cannot participate or vote and must sign a confidentiality agreement.

Motion carried 6 YES � 1 NO (Roderick Dressel) with 7 members voting.

Motion made by Michael Swigart and seconded by Donald Kerr that the Board of                                                                                  

Education move into Executive Session at 5:40 PM for the purpose of discussing matters

leading to the employment of a particular corporation.

Motion carried 7 - 0 with 7 members voting.

Out of Executive Session

Motion made by Michael Swigart and seconded by Patrick Rausch that the Board return to

Public Session at 9:55 PM.

adjourn at 9:55 PM.

Motion carried 7 - 0 with 7 members voting.
