Meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM by Don Kerr, Board Vice President.

NEW BUSINESS

Motion made by Steve Greenfield and seconded by Rod Dressel that the Board of
Education approve the following resolution:

                                                                                                             APPROVE BOCES ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approve the proposed 2009-2010 Ulster BOCES Administrative
Budget in the amount of $2,360,216.00. 

Motion carried 4 – 0 with 4 members voting.

Motion made by Rod Dressel and seconded by Steve Greenfield that the Board of
Education approve the following resolution:

                                                                                                                                                  ULSTER BOCES CANDIDATE VOTE

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education exercise their voting rights regarding the nominated candidates for the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of the Sole Supervisory District of Ulster County.  Nominated Candidates are those listed below for Seat #1, Seat #2 and Seat #3 and Len Cane and Patrick Rausch for Seat #4 and Seat #5.

Discussion followed.  Members present expressed their desire that Patrick Rausch be successful in his run for the At Large BOCES Board seat.  Don Kerr made a friendly amendment to the resolution to vote for only one of the three candidates running for Seat #4 and Seat #5, namely Patrick Rausch.  After taking a straw poll to see if all members present agreed to bullet vote for Patrick Rausch, a vote was taken on the following amended resolution:
