Meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by David Dukler, Board President.

Mr. Dukler appointed Superintendent Maria Rice as Clerk Pro Tempore.

The roll was called as reflected above.

Motion made by Don Kerr and seconded by Patrick Rausch that the Board of                                                        SESSION
Education move into Executive Session at 5:32 PM for the purpose reviewing
the employment history of three (3) individuals leading to an appointment as a
Building Administrator.

Motion carried 6 - 0 with 6 members voting.

Out of Executive Session - Motion made by Rod Dressel and seconded by
Edgar Rodriguez that the Board return to Public Session at 9:00 PM.

Motion carried 6 - 0 with 6 members voting.

Motion made by Steve Greenfield and seconded by Patrick Rausch that the Board
adjourn at 9:02 PM.

Motion carried 6 - 0 with 6 members voting.
