You can access your EAP online at www.theEAP.com for thousands of problem-solving resources and self-help tools. Please see the attached flyer with step-by-step instructions to create an account.
Additionally, you can also access EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephone. Simply call toll-free at 1-800-252-4555 or 1-800-225-2527 to speak with a counselor or coach who will work with you to address your need.
Your EAP is a free benefit and your confidentiality is assured. No information about your use of the program is given to us as your employer unless you request it and sign a release of information authorizing it.
