Duzine Elementary Grade 2 students in Lilly Skinner and Brandi Keyser’s class have melted hearts throughout the school building by expressing their gratitude for Duzine faculty and staff. The students recently inked letters to their favorite school personnel with whom they share a special connection in a special project to emphasize gratitude. The letters mention three positive traits the person possesses and list examples of when they have observed or experienced those qualities. Mrs. Skinner took photos of the students with their chosen faculty or staff member and created a poster of each letter with the corresponding photo for display in the hallway. Later, the students hand-delivered their posters to the recipient of their letters.
