New Paltz Middle School (NPMS) Health teacher Melissa Gruver and her students recently discussed the qualities of healthy relationships in Grade 8 Health class. When asked how a relationship should feel, students answered, “a place that feels happy,” where you can “talk about issues,” “express opinions,” and “feel safe.” Love that!
