It’s that time again! Isabella DeFalco’s Grade 8 students at the Middle School participated in the epic Food Truck Face-Off competition in their Home and Careers class. Students were tasked with creating the most creative food truck business with the skills and knowledge they gained from the class. 

 

Students pitched their new business plans to a panel of judges before offering them a delicious sample. The student entrepreneurs were judged on their marketing materials, professionalism, culinary creations, and overall WOW factor. Judges enjoyed a variety of tasty samples including burritos, boba tea, margherita pizza, donuts, cookies, pasta, and more. Kudos to all for their creativity and hard work!
