    Wednesday, July 9th, 5:30 PM, to be held at the New Paltz High School Audion. There may be a proposed Executive Session, subject to Board approval. The public session is anticipated to re-convene at 6:30 PM.

  • The Board of Education Seeks Volunteers to Serve on Board Committees

    The Board is seeking one (1) community volunteer with expertise in construction, architecture, facilities project management, facilities planning or related fields to serve on the Facilities Committee for a two-year term (2025-2027). The Facilities Committee assists the Board of Education in providing oversight and support to the administration and staff of the district and also advises and recommends to the full Board of Education action pertaining to the district’s facilities.

    The Board is seeking one (1) community volunteer with expertise in finance to serve on the Audit Committee for a two year term (2025-2027). The Audit Committee assists the Board of Education in carrying out fiscal oversight responsibilities.

  • 30 Day Public Comment Period on the 2025-2026 District-Wide School Safety Plan

    The New Paltz Central School District is conducting the required 30 day public comment period for the 2025-2026 District Wide School Safety Plan. The comment period will end on August 5th. There will be a Public Hearing on the 2025-2026 District-Wide Safety Plan at the August 6th Board of Education Meeting.
