NPHS Band students traveled to Mount Academy for Brass Day.  

 

At this free event, students received coaching from members of the West Point Band, enjoyed a meal courtesy of Mount Academy, and watched and participated in a concert with the West Point Brass Quintet.

 

The West Point Band holds the prestigious title of one of only 5 "42-S" special duty bands in the US Armed Forces. As the oldest US Military Band, they've been making musical history since 1817 at the US Military Academy in West Point. We are thrilled that our students had the opportunity to be part of this exceptional learning experience!
