To make is easier for you to find your assignments and help you to be more productive, as of May 1st you can find all the material for Chemistry classes 1B and 4A on Google Classroom.
Assignments - Make a folder to save all the work you complete at home. You will receive credit for all this work when we return to school.
Before we all forget what was covered in Stoichiometry we need to have a quiz. This quiz will cover: moles, gram formula mass, percent composition, the six types of chemical reactions, balancing equations, empirical formula, tables F, G and J. Look over the review questions under Stoichiometry.
It is a 35 question multiple choice quiz on Castle Learning. The quiz will be available from Tuesday, March 24th through Friday April 3rd. Give it a try and see how you do, you can use your reference table and your class notes on the quiz. The grade on the quiz is not important it is just a way for me to get some feedback on how you are progressing though the material.

Assignment for April 5th through April 17th
The next new topic is on pH - Acids and Bases. We should be finished with this by Easter break. It is important that you complete the assigned work while classes are suspended. Read Chapters 14 and 15 in the online chemistry textbook.

Assignment for April 18th through April 30th - Chemical Kinetics
Check out the video, youtube tutorials and the PowerPoints. Complete the worksheets using the information presented and read Chapter 17 in the online textbook. You can use all these handout and the refence table when you take the quiz that will be posted next week on Castle Learning. Quiz review material will be added later in the week.
