    Smack the Giant, Elbow the midget
    Kick, Turn, Release-- hips falling into kick, flat foot drive off- heel A, backwards "C", Elbow up

    At Start, weight on left, Maintain A; after 1st step, weight on right leg,  lead with shoulder, balance!
